What are the Terms and Conditions for the Membership Program?

Dealer Desk is a 12-month membership from the purchase date. It includes coordination and access services: sourcing/quoting (new or used), rentals, attachments, parts ordering, service scheduling, shipping/delivery coordination, financing coordination, and warranty procurement through dealer programs. Dealer availability, inventory, and lender requirements can affect timelines. Membership provides access and coordination, not a guarantee of a specific price, approval, or delivery date.

How does the refund work?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you don't see clear value within your first 30 days, contact our team. We will either ensure you get value from the service or refund your membership. After 30 days, refunds are generally not offered.

I don't see this on your website. Is this legitimate?

Yes. Dealer Desk is a program offered by Cloud Store Machinery.
